ABOUT

Cara Stimpson is a writer living in San Francisco. Before receiving her MFA in fiction at San Francisco State University, Cara worked as an archaeologist, ran a café in the cloud forest of Ecuador, and lived in Barcelona for several years. She's taught creative writing at Academy of Art in San Francisco, attended the Community of Writers summer workshop in fiction, and had stories published in Del Sol Review and Eleven Eleven.
